What is included?

The program starts every Monday and lasts for 14 days.

– Meal Delivery (10 days of meal delivery throughout 2 weeks program, delivered on Monday-Friday at 6-8 AM in the morning)

2. Nutrition Module

– Meal Plan (14 well-balanced and unique recipes made specifically for this program, together with a meal planner, nutrition and emotion trackers)

– Videos on Gut Knowledge (14 unique information-rich daily videos that will walk you through understanding the gut, how it functions with every part of your body and mind)

– Access to Private Facebook Community (you will gain access to a private Facebook group where you’ll be able to ask questions publicly and privately)

3. Mindset Module

– Videos on Habit Building (8 videos – step by step guide on turning your purpose and aspiration into behaviors that turn into lifetime habits)

– Habit Tracker (track your behaviors on a daily basis to ensure that you are on track with achieving your aspiration)

4. Fitness Module

– Exercises (14 days of exercises – each day you can workout with guided exercises from your coach in the comfort of your home, gym, or even get outside in nature. Pick a time and place that fits your schedule, press play and sweat away!)
