Ingredients

 4 cups Rolled oats/gluten free oats
 ½ cup Pumpkin seeds
 ¼ cup Sunflower seeds
 ¼ cup Chia seeds
 ½ cup Crushed raw walnuts
 ¼ cup Raw crushed almonds
 1 tsp Cinnamon
 ½ cup Cup maple syrup

Directions

Pre-heat the oven to 150C.

Combine all the ingredients together besides the maple syrup and give it a good mix.

Then pour the maple syrup over and combine it thoroughly with the mixture.

Place parchment paper on to the baking tray and transfer the mixture on top of it.

Make sure to evenly spread it out, creating spaces in between clumps so the air circulates and make it crunchier.

Bake for 40-50 minutes depending on the power of your oven, be careful as it can easily burn.

Once baked, remove and let cool (this is when it gets crunchy)

Store in an airtight glass container.
